• Termination. You may terminate this agreement by returning all your copies of the software and documentation to Tradery.com. This license terminates automatically and without notice to you if you fail to comply with any provisions of this agreement. You agree to return all copies of the software and documentation to Tradery.com upon termination.
• Complete Agreement. You acknowledge that you have read this license agreement and that it is complete and exclusive agreement between you and Tradery.com regarding the software and its documentation. This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, as if performed wholly within the state and without giving effect to the principles of conflict of law. If any portion hereof is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this License shall remain in full force and effect. This License constitutes the entire License between the parties with respect to the use of the Software
• General Provisions. Tradery.com reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. Tradery.com may modify this Agreement at any time by providing such revised Agreement to you or posting the revised Agreement on his website presently located at http://www.amichel.com/ydownloader/. Your continued use of the Software shall constitute your acceptance of such revised Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a partnership or joint venture between you and Tradery.com. Should any term or provision hereof be deemed invalid, void or unenforceable either in its entirety or in a particular application, the remainder of this Agreement shall nonetheless remain in full force and effect.
• YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTAND THE RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. BY CONTINUING TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE, YOU EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND GRANT TO Tradery.com THE RIGHTS SET FORTH HEREIN.
